What is my order?

My Orders is your online marketplace. Everything you buy in a supermarket can be ordered from us. We will deliver it to your door in the Caribbean. We've got everything you need from vegetables, vinaigrette, and even ingredients for your dinner, but also everything you need for happy hour!

Where are my orders delivered?

I received the wrong product(s) with my Talabaty order. What should I do?

Sorry about that! Contact our customer service in the app or web store and share with them what happened. We will try to solve this problem for you as soon as possible!

Missing product from my order. What should I do?

What are your working hours?

We deliver to you Monday to Thursday from 7.30am to 11pm and Friday to Saturday from 7.30am to midnight.

What are the delivery fees?

Delivery fees depend on the distance from your nearest center and the size of the basket - the higher the value of your basket, the lower the delivery charges. You'll find your specific delivery charges during checkout in the app.

Why do you charge storage fees?

In addition to delivery costs, we charge additional fees (storage fees) for some products. These fees offset the higher costs associated with selling these products, for example. Special expenses for inspection, storage or protection against theft. Storage fees do not apply to every order that includes at least one product and appear separately in the shopping cart or in the order overview

Can I pay when my order is delivered?

No, you pay in just a few clicks when you place your order using one of our many online payment options.

Talabaty does not sell my favorite brand. How can I tell you about that?

We'd love to hear what you think is missing from Talabaty. We are always open to new products to expand your choice. So feel free to give us your feedback here.

I regularly see your riders riding. How can I become an Talabat rider?

We are regularly looking for new riders. You can register here to become a rider or warehouse employee.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. The minimum order value depends on the distance from your nearest center. You will find the minimum order value when ordering in the app.

Why do I sometimes have to wait longer for my order?

If it's busy, it may sometimes take a little longer to deliver your order. The estimated delivery time is always indicated in the application before placing your order. If it does not arrive after the indicated delivery time, you can contact our customer service.

Why can't I submit an order during business hours?

If it is very busy, your center may temporarily restrict new incoming orders so they can avoid long delivery times
